what does this mean? intriguing road sign

in a tutorial today talking about disabilities my tutor showed us a photograph of a road sign she had come across in the Dundee area and im really curious to see if anyone can tell me what it means i don't have the picture but i have done a drawing....

i think it could be to do with the RDA and the driving that they do flatmates theories have been along the line of disabled gypsy
anyway thought it was interesting and quite a funny mishmash of different signs .....

by the way, I'm a civil engineer who works in highways & one of my specialities is road sign schemes & design.

This is a non-standard sign (not in last TRSGD, but haven't checked the latest issue which is only just coming out now). They may have deemed this modification necessary as they will be less mobile, so potentialy may find it harder to turn for a visibility check so have reduced visibilty splays making it harder for them to see oncoming vehicles from the same distance as a non-disabled carriage driver.

cool thanks i thought it would be something like that. would they put that up for a particular establishment or person?
