I'm finding myself very inflexible and pretty flabby (normal BMI but it's not mostly muscle ) so I'm looking for exercise inspiration. Yoga should help with the inflexible bit but I'm not sure about the flab! I'm doing a diet overhaul as I seem to eat tuna pasta 75% of the time which isn't exactly nutritionally complete.
Also, if anyone has a Peleton bike I'd be really interested in hearing what you think about it and how much use you get out of it.
