What height are you and what size of horse do you ride?

I'm about 5'7", just over 10 stone because I have been a greedy pig recently and I ride a fairly chunky 15.2. If he was any bigger though I would have no hope in hell of being able to stop him! lol

5'4" and have a 14.2hh who does look a lot bigger! Have ridden 13.2 - 17.2. (I felt a bit silly on the 17.2. My feet just came to the end of the saddle and I felt like the kid on Mom's horse. I must have short legs!!!

I'm 5'11 and dead on 12st and Nelson's a 15.2hh Thoroughbred, I was only 5'6ish when I first started riding him at 14 though and couldn't bear to part with him. I don't feel too big but the next ones got to be at least 16.2hh. I like riding my friend's daughter's 13.2hh Welsh B but I'll only flat work him and do little hacks.

Im 5ft 2/3, 7st 10, and Bears 15hh welsh cob, I can ride anything from a welsh A to a 17hh hunter type!! Im most comfortable on a good old cob type now though, I used to love riding a 16 3hh ex racer when I was 14 LOL!!

) Horse is a lightweight 15hh and my feet go just beneath her belly, sometimes it bothers me, don't care other times. But I will ride anything from 12.2hh to 17.2hh, enjoy horses about 16.2hh more.

I'm 5ft 7.5 and a couple of pounds of 10st! I ride a 15hh connemara mainly for hacking, dressage XC. I feel fine on him even with dressage length stirrups so its whatever you feel comfortable on.

Some of my friends are small and have huge horses they can't mount if they need to on a hack so at least 15hh is practical haha!
