What height are your rising 2 year olds?

As title:

How tall are they now and what are they to make?

Oscar is 2 end of April and stands at 15hh now, think he should make 16.0-16.1hh.... dad was 17.2hh mum 15.1hh does this sound about right?

My boy is rising 3 now but when he was rising 2 he was 16HH.

Hes now about 16.3HH+
Mum was 16HH and dad 16.3HH

Depends very much on the breeding. My boy if TB so has done a lot of his growing already. Draught types and warmbloods can keep growing until their about 6yrs old!
 
Yup, warmbloods take a while. My friend has one that grew 2 inches between 4-6yrs old. All her other WB`s are the same. Slow to cook.....
My ID mare grew till she was about 5yrs old

I would imagine your boy will make about 16.2HH

Mind you, my lad is very bum high again, so either he has stolen someones bum ( looks that way) or hes still growing! (god help me!)
 
Haha! Bless him, Oscar has gone bum high again in the last few weeks, he has only grown an inch over winter so expect he is going to shot again over the summer like he did last year!!

Slow to cook will remember that saying!!! :grin:

my coblet will be 2 at the end of may and is just 15hh, when i measured a month or so ago and is bum high at the mo. piccy is from last year she is going through a ugly duckling stage at the mo :)

My ones about 15hh at mo but is starting to go leggy again.Dad was allegedly 16.1 when he was 3 not sure what mum was.
He still has a good gap between knee joints so hope he going to be a big boy.Unsure if this is a way of telling tbh just hoping he grows into them or he's going to look weird
 
My rising 2yo gelding will be 2 on 15th May and he is standing about 15.2hh his dad was a 16.2hh TB, and his mum was a 15.3hh Knabstrupper. so guessing he'll make about 16.1hh ish as he is quite big just now, when i first got him people were convinced he'd never get beyond 14.2hh as he was so little, but he's just got massive.
 
My filly is 2 towards the end of the summer, she currently measures 14.1hh and should hopefully make 15.1hh, she is a cob tyoe with un-known breeding!

My boy currently stands at 15.2Hh he was 14.2Hh when I first got him in September 09, I have no idea who is parents are but he is a sporty cob type, and I think that he is just coming up to two.
