Yes, reactive dogs spoil things for everyone, like the very fat aggressive chocolate Lab that lunged and growled at mine last night, and tried to bite.
We had one on the beach the other evening. It trampled over some people innocently enjoying some peace and quiet with their dog, being quite aggressive with it. It then stormed over to us. Where it got short thrift and sent back to its ‘shocked at my attitude’ owner 🙄

I’ve said it before, the worst two dogs I’ve ever encountered were a springer and a massive show lab. They both always attacked one of mine. The owner of the lab was useless and was advised I’d call the dog warden if her untrained mutt came near mine again. She tried to argue that I shouldn’t go in the 200 acre woods. I told her I’d tell the dog warden next time I saw her. She avoided me ever after.

I love this palo.

When the big girl comes charging back to me I have to force myself not to jump out the way. Thankfully she manages to brake just in the nick of time :)

Never was I more sure she was going to crash into me than today. She must have thought so too and seconds before she made contact veered off and skidded past me.
