What's the best way to tie down trailers to stop them going walkabouts?

We are getting one of these, which will be concreted (excessively!) into the drive:

the hitch on the trailer is lockable, but I'm going to try and get a lock to go over the top of the whole lot, plus wheel clamp on the back, plus decals on the trailer to make it unique.

Check what your insurance company says to what you need. mine says that i have to have a wheel clamp on it for them to cover the trailer - so make sure you add the security measures your insurance company tells you too.

the reason behind having this even though i have a lockable hitch is that the thieves just use a smaller tow ball!! then it doesnt matter about the lockable hitch as they just tow it as is and then drill it later for using normally.

Just make it stand out from the crowd so its easily identifiable and get it insured (mine costs £70 a year so not that expensive)

Invest in a German Shepherd and chain it to the trailer!!! That would stop most thieves I reckon!!!!
