Whats that thing that gets under your skin and you can't help but let it wind you up?!

For me its how she WILL NOT back up at gates! She'll back up like a pro at all times ANYWHERE APART FROM GATES!

Yours?!

The fact that he is a self harmer (he must think that he is a TB even though he is a belgum warmblood - although dumbloods do also seem prone to injury!).... the most recent one being on the day of a sponsored ride over-reaching with over-reach boots on and not breaking them, they were the £20 pair too!! haha bless him, he seems to be more out of work than in work :p

Charlie - I wish he would be happier with travelling and going out and about!

Millie - Her horrible, nasty, marish attitude towards people she doesn't know

Pixie - She has just discovered her own strength and seems demand to use it in every opportunity!

The bog spavins :p And also thinking he's a stallion whenever it's slightly windy, and jumping around like a fool on the end of his lead rope.

that he hadn't been so messed around with before I had him :( - though of course I realise that isn't his fault!

oh, and also that he'd be better behaved when having his legs clipped!! it's for his own good and I wish he'd understand that!

Honey - The fact that you can only groom/lunge when shes in the mood for it! :D

Mysti - Stubborn little **** sits/lies down if she doesnt want to do somthing

Vardi always without fail, stands whilst I groom him and tack up then at the very moment I am about to mount does the most enormous pooh which nessitates me tying him back up picking up the poop shovel and clearing it up and I swear I can hear a Muttley laugh in the background as I do it. He also likes to take a long pee on the concrete outside his stable but only if his grooming kit, saddle, my coat is within striking distance.

It really irritates me when my horse stops dead if she is following another horse and they stop to let me catch up or go in front. Though it irritates me less now she has improved so much hacking in general!

Other than that shes the best thing since sliced bread and I love all of her quirks and little games that she plays making her an interesting horse to own!

misty- she can be very grumpy grooming
matrix- he can be extremly full of himself- great in the showring, not so much when hes prancing down the roads
cloud- she can be bargy- but she is soo sweet as well- came cantering over ot me in the field today :)

prince- forever getting something wrong with him and forever pulling shoes off, apart from that hes perfect! oh apart from how he trashes his bed :@

grace: how her temprament changes, shes like jeckel and hyde, she can be perfect to lunge and ride one day and is an absolute cow bag the next, very frustrating!

when he's excited about going out on the lorry he box walks, pulls all his banks down, rolls, leaps up and bucks, so has to be tied up as soon as he starts getting excited. total PITA when you're in a rush on show mornings, and i dont like tying him up for that long so he can move round/drink etc.

but all things considered its a minotr fault, and he's so good in every other respect that i dont mind toooooo much.

Gates for me too - the ones you get on bridlepaths that swing really quickly, but she's a working progress and I'm sure she'll be fine soon.
To be fair to her she has been squished up against one by a barrel pony and also cut herself on one so I can see why she isn't totally sure about them.

Thats whats so annoying about her! I can practically beat her with the gate and she just wont move!

She gets up too close to them when I go to open the catch, then will NOT move backwards without lots of pushing and shoving!

I hate the fact that I spend hours on making his bed spotless and clean every day and he repays me by breakdancing in his bed all the wee hours of the night! It is the most disgusting state every single morning :(

Dolly WILL NOT stay in on her own, even if I just come back from a ride and there is no-one else around in our part of the yard. It absoutely drives me insane. She's only lived there for eight years!!

His complete obsession with food, he's permanently convinced he's starving. He's better at controlling it now, doesn't get bargy and aggressive, but it's still there.

He has to knock things off that are left on the fence or door: rugs, saddles etc. He just pushes them off with his head, then stands staring at them like they're fascinating. Sometimes it's funny, but it can be a pain if you're in a hurry and it's particularly awkward if it's not my saddle.

His habit of snatching his front foot out of your hand and walking off when your picking out his feet.

Her Blooming mane!!! I can't stand the way half sits on one side and half on the other.... No amount of plaiting or pulling or gel or ANYTHING has sorted it so far.......

Arthur always - without fail - farts on my head when i pick his back feet out.

He thinks its funny - i dont :o

I shouldn't be concerned my husband took our younger daughter to the school's harvest and pet service today. Had regular properly dressed church goers in the pew behind him. Our Labrador chose a quiet moment to jump on the pew look at the professional church goers and do an exceptionally loud burp! Whole church apparently went silent, queue dog looking around wondering what everyone was looking at!
Our other dog decided to bark every time anyone clapped..... maybe leave them at home next year.......?!

His lazyness in the school! when on a hack he'll do the most beautiful collected canter! in the school it becomes a battle and we end up in a horrible canter on the forehand!
