Whats your fave outdoor rug brands? Lets make a top 10!

I use the Shires range for t/o rugs which fit my rather chunky beasts very well on the neck as they are well designed. They are not bad on the belly either.

Stable rugs, I have a mixed bunch of brands.

Fly rugs- Rambo protectors and snuggy bodies.

Mark Todd all the way!

Also have a Bucas which is fantastic but budget doesn't stretch to replacing his wardrobe with these and as I said the MT's are great for him

I have a Mark Todd with a wrap-around tail flap which is absolutely fantastic, unforunately doesn't fit my girly so is sat in my cupboard as I may need it one day lol

another vote for FAL

Best rug i ve ever owned lasted two horses 7 years still going strong and no rips and never rubs..... Def worth the expensive tag...just about to purchase a mediumweight FAL to replace my rubbish Masta which broke after 1 year and rubbed her withers.

Rambo Wug - fantastic rug - I bought a HW one for my blanket clipped living out pony before all the snow came last year and even in the snow tonight he was still warm - love the reflective parts too easier to find him in the dark.

I also like GFS rugs - they are good value for money but they are not as robust as the Rambo.

Cappy - Mark Tood and Weatherbeeta Landa Freestyle - fantastic for his huge movement.

Fany - Rhinegold, fits her fantastically, she is a heavy horse but small (Trait Ardennais (Ardennes) ) So broad and wide but short.

Fal -mine are now 11 years old and still keep him toasty. I have recently purchased some new rugs (Masta and Loveson) and they are no-where near as good as the old Fals, so they're back on!

On the mini Shetland -I love the Dinky rug -fab quality and fit (and yes she does need a rug as she's old, has been really poorly and lost so much weight).:)
