TBs followed by Exmoors, Cleveland Bays, Fells and Dales, i.e. all the unfashionable breeds.
Their time will come.
Arabs without a doubt. I love their flighty nature and way they carry themselves. I adore the way they look too, so elegant and beautiful. Their stamina and power never fails to impress me either. They are such a wonderfully versatile breed and can really turn a hoof to anything. I know some Arabs that are tougher than cobs - they require no feed yet are in full work at least 5 days a week, and live out most of the year without a rug on - not bad for a horse that originates from one of the hottest places on Earth! The way they really spice up a cross breed is fantastic too. I wouldn't trade my Welsh C x Arab for the world. Once Sketch is ready for retirement, I'd definitely go for an Arab or Anglo Arab. Most definitely my breed of choice.![]()
