Not talking about a shower but more substantial rain I reckon near me at least 6 weeks ago! My fields are parched and cracked and need some.of the wet stuff to bring the grass on...how's everybody else going on :-/
 
Yes its been a long time here too, must be a similar number of weeks. Really need some rain, but please not until after Badminton!
 
5 weeks ago, and it wasnt enough. We've just chopped enough wood to last us another winter and stashed it in the outhouse because it looks like rain tonight - fingers crossed!
 
We had a shower overnight couple days ago,but other than that cant remember :( fields are doing ok though!Sadly the school is not,so rediculously deep I wont even ride my boy in it atm :( really helpful when I have dressage to get ready for etc :( Dont get me wrong,this weather is amazing after the shite winter we have had,but it goes from one extreme to the other,come July when we are supposed to get the decent weather it'll be shite,lol!
 
This morning, just before it began snowing again :( You may have my weather with my compliments!:)
 
Monsoon season last year! We now have dust storms to cope with and the temperature is currently over 37 and will increase to high 40's low 50's over the next month. Think I may have to consider chucking in horses and riding camels.

Enfys, I would gladly donate a little sun in return for some rain.
 
I dont know but I feel a rain dance coming on :D even the farm is starting to suffer now.

Don't bet on cheap hay, if the grass is rubbish this year no hay harvest means prices will rocket and they will sell left over stock at a high price

Fields look terrible; the grass just isn't growing. I have managed to get some hay in, in preparation for supplementing the grazing this summer, just hope I've got enough!!!!!

It doesn't look like our ponies will be able to stay out 24/7 for as long as they normally do this summer :(

I'm a real sun-worshipper, but I'd be more than happy to lose the sun for some "real" rain at the moment... please let it rain!!!!!
 
I can't remember :o But it was weeks ago. We have a big water tank behind the barn that collects rain water for use in the field but it is empty :( There was one occasion last year when it almost ran dry but not quite, it's been empty for a couple of weeks now so I am having to take numerous buckets of water across every day :(
 
It hasn’t rained for weeks and weeks. I’m gutted! I spent a ridiculous amount of money to improve my paddocks. It rained for two days washing the fertiliser in, my grass started to look fantastic, then nothing! No rain, 24c+ heat, ground is baked dry, grass has stopped growing and is starting to parch. I haven’t had a chance to overseed my paddocks. Please, please, please can I have some rain!! :(
 
Last time we had proper rain was exactly two weeks ago - I remember because I had to wash muddy feet the next morning for the farrier! Had a couple of showers a few nights ago but could really do with some more. We're forcast a small amount on Thursday - just hope it actually arrives! :)
 
Rain, what's that??? Prob about February it rained for 24 hours, non stop, since then nothing!! Field is solid & nowhere else to ride, luckily the little man copes with the hard ground fine xx
 
A week last monday, and a lot of the week before that - am in Derbyshire. It rained during the day, but cleared up by the late afternoon so I could go XC schooling.
