When with horses you inevitably get a bit of hay or straw down your trousers, gets stuck above your chaps and drives you potty itching/tickling till you have to semi strip off and retrieve it......

....well i had this today, had rubbed it, scratched it, wiggled it round to try to stop it tickling to no avail. Que semi strip to get the offending article out and....

...it wasnt hay...
...and it wasnt straw....

Ewww.

I had a similar thing happen a few weeks ago. I was riding round and thought I had hay in my bra. I kept adjusting it but I could still feel it scratching throughout the seesion. When I got off I went for a dig, I looked down and saw a little black bug which had been biting me!

Yuk! How did it get down there? :$

Thats what really got me, not so much the fact that it was a centipede (although pretty gross, i can handle crawlys well and held it to go show OH, Just couldnt handle it being down my trousers!) it was more where did it come from and how did it get there without me knowing and how long had it been there!!

Yuk!!! I hate it when it falls down your bra! I'm going to be constantly looking for centipede's now!!

Ive had an earwing down my bra before, that wasnt nice but i think the centipee trums that.....:(

Haaaa! I hope it was one of the ones with 382 legs :D

Actually I read somewhere recently about a species of centipede that has somehow been brought into the country (poss on boat or imported goods) and it actually burrows into your skin and lays eggs, and when they hatch the babies are carniverous and they start to eat your flesh, and the wounds get infected with the slime they excrete, and... they have no eyebrows, except for Saturdays, and for some reason they have a tremendous fear of stamps :D

Oh god, don't tell Sheep!

That would of frightened the living wotsits out of me. I am not so good at those 'that crunch on the outside, and squish on the inside crawly things'! saying that, do centipedes crunch on the outside??
Any crawlies that venture into the depths of the undergarments give me heebie jeebies.
I can do spiders though, so all is not lost!

Urghhhhh I'd have thrown a right fit!!!!:eek:

Once a bee flew into me knocked itself around an fell into my cleavage, I only noticed when I could still hear the buzzing, so I was stood on a public footpath looking down my top, messing with my sports bra and vest top trying to get rid of it without stinging me!!! Luckily no one walked by and it didn't sting me phewww :o

I found a centipede curled up under my pillow one night!
I have also had earwigs in me jods, socks, and billy buttons in me wellies,......... And... any one come across a devils coach horse?? Truely the most bad tempered beetle/bug in the world, has large pincer jaws at the front, and arches it's tail over it;s back like a scorpion!! :(

This thread has totally grossed me out!! I thought that shavings in my socks were bad!!

I keep picking off loads of little flat spiders when i come back from hacking at the moment...they must be hanging out in the trees at the moment

UGH!!!

Baby spiders are all leaving their nest now, floating wherever the wind takes them. :D
We went to a farm sale the other day, and there were thousands of them, every one had them in their hair and on their clothes, everywhere!!
if you look in the fields in the morning you will probably see the grass covered in dewy webs, very pretty!!
