As our YO did not grit the yard it pretty much lethal at the moment. We had about 1cm of snow but it melted last night and has frozen back over and if I said it was an ice rink would be an understatement, its dangerous for people and horses.

So need answers quick where can I get some?

If I do not reply it is because I am logging off for a while as I am infuriated at some things going on in this forum atm. Andy updates will continue when I've come back hopefully calmer because atm I am shaking with anger at some people!

Good day to you all I'll be back in a week or so and if you see me online tell me to bugger off :p

I agree - I am on our local parish council and getting grit/salt bins from our district council is like getting blood from a stone - there simply aren't enough to go around and the budgets for these things are very stretched. Nicking the contents for your own personal use and therefore depriving a local community seems very unfair, I think. Sorry!

I saw bags of salt at our local SCATS store yesterday. I didn't notice the price but there was plenty on display.
