Was just wondering really as I was offered a subscription to one as a birthday present and I couldn't choose which to go for, I am a fluctuator depending whats in that months issue. It all seems a bit samey but am heading towards Your Horse. Any thoughts to help me decide. PS am thinking monthly cos I find H & H very disappointing in the winter.

Depends on what level you are interested in...YH and H&R aimed a bit more at first time owner. Really good basic advice and stable management features.
Horse has more of a range of features and lots of advice aimed at those looking to compete at RC level or above. Also some thought provoking/newsy items.
Horse Deals also has a lot more features in these days, and is great if you like window shopping

not so great if easily tempted...

Horse is a great all round mag for general riders and I also like horse scene that is a free glossy available from tack/feed shops is very good

I prefer Your Horse closely followed by Horse. Have just canceled my H+H Subscription as I never get time to read it and preferred it before they Change it. Am also considering canceling my H+R Subscription as I only read about 3 pages of last months issue!
