Chloe is 15.1hh, 14 year old, poss Anglo Arab X. She is ridden in a Fairfax mono flap, Hanging Cheek, martingale and flash. We do mostly dressage ( compete Prelim level, working Novice at home) I have ridden her in a snaffle and she's fine but the Hanging Cheek gives me more breaks! :D

My horse is in a simple cavesson bridle with a loose ring snaffle for flatwork. Wintec dressage saddle and some brushing boots.

Jumping he has a grackle with a neue schule tranz angled lozenge, hunting breastplate with a running martingale. wintec 500 GP saddle and tendon/fetlock boots.

EDIT - oh and he's a 17yr old 16hh Dutch Warmblood, angel on the flat but a beast when jumping

Big Bum is a 6yr old 16.1hh Irish Cob... Schooled in a loose ring frinch link, hunter bridle, Startrekk dressage saddle... Jumping, is the same... (See pic below) :) for shows will be in a double with a french link showing pelham.

Mine is 16hh and rising 6, she goes in a cavesson and loose ring snaffle for everything. We are alrounders but mainly do dressage. We occasionally add a standing martingale for hunting or exciting stuff. I have nothing against other bits and nosebands but don't need more.

1. Arab mare, 17, done a bit of everything, raced as a 5 year old, schools/sj in a plastic snaffle, irish martingale, xc/endurance varies between hanging waterford, and a dexter ring bit with an irish martingale. Jumps up to about 85cm, we don't do much, and does endurance to advanced, hoping to do a 100k ride this year.
2. Arab mare 13, mainly goes in a hackamore with an irish martingale, will pop round aout 75cm, mainly does endurance when sound. Was a horrible racehorse.

My horse is 5:) i use a cavesson noseband and a snaffle for everything! i use a cherry roller snaffle whilst hacking because he gets really fizzy so doesnt like standing still and so he plays with the bit whilst hes waiting and it makes him stand still. In all other disiplines hes in a loose ring snaffle although he is strong i dont like going harsher than a snaffle. At the moment he is pretty green and so i cannot compete however we are currently schooling for show jumping and dressage when he is matured. In the future i hope to do cross country and hunting.

14.3hh 5yo cob. 9/10, no noseband, NS Wilkie bit (snaffle setting), treeless saddle.

He's in a mexican grackle for anything more exciting, as he has a habit of opening his mouth and b*ggaring off

TB, bit a neue schule eggbutt with a cavesson martingale from exciting hacks and XC neck strap if wearing no martingale I use a kk ultra loose ring for faster work .he has a jumping saddle ,dressage saddle , and a GP saddle.
He is going eventing and will do some dressage.
ID , eggbutt snaffle, cavesson martingale when hunting jumping saddle.
He's a hunter
KWPN ,kk ultra cavesson dressage and jumping saddles wears a D snaffle with copper rollers for hunting
He hunts and does dressage at home
Clydesdale / welsh section D , loose ring myler bit and loose ring KK with cavesson, jumping saddle .
Drives in a curved mouth Liverpool on the roads and in competition and schools in his myler most of the time.
He wears a kk ultra bridoon with a short shanked low ported curb on his double when he wears one for dressage.

All of mine go in ether a jointed or french link eggbut or full cheek snaffle with a caveson and they are all schooled to portmouth show/normal pelhams for the show ring.

All have show saddles, the shetlands have pads. Thats it plain and simple does the trick.
