Who are best looking in the equestrian world?

I went to La Baule last year and it was wall to wall gorgeousness in jumping gear! Seriously recommend going to France for hot show jumpers... Julien Gonin now owns my horse, and I think he's lovely (I have never posted a picture so here are links)

and Julien Epaillard (he won a speed class on Commissario at Hickstead last year) is also my cup of tea.

IMHO Ellen Whitaker has a face like a slapped bottom. In her shoes I would be mortified at having my photo on the ramp of my wagon, but each to their own. I remember an interview with Stephen W, where he said how fortunate the family were to have such talent and blonde beauty - excuse me while I chunder.....

Georgie Crumley (nee Strutton) is stunning in a Footballers Wives kind of way.

I can't believe that no one's mentioned Oli Townend!
He's fairly good looking, always seems intelligent and articulate, not to mention a down to earth, funny guy.

I remember Ginny Holgate advertising Oil Of Olay (Ulay as it was then) think you only saw it in certain parts of the UK tho' I saw it once [in Scotland] and Caroline Bradley did an advert for Blue Ribbon (which was a margarine type spread)

I never knew that! You see, it has been done before it can be done again. :)

Did I put a picture of Henry Brett before? I forget, if not, here you go.

Although, Polo players might not be the best people to promote the "normality" of the sport.

Harry Meade
Francis Whittington
Oli Townsend

Having read this thread I think we need to propose a "top riders topless calendar" :D It would be for charity ... of course ;)

A lot of good looking chaps out there, but am I the only one who thinks not many of them look good in jodhs?

Put them in casual wear and then.... phwoarrrrrrr!!!! ;-)

So my question to you is who are the real good looking riders and equestrian personalities? Who would you happily tune into watch to catch a glimpse of? Who would you like to see as the face of equestrianism?

My OH, though im not sure he'll let me put a photo up...
And no, im not being biased, everyone says it too....i just managed to snag him!!!:D

Very true. Who broaches both? Who can pull of the tight whites as well as the slacks?

^^^^^ Good call Cuppatea!

People always think that jockeys must have hit more than one branch of the ugly tree when they fell out, okay, 95% of them might not be the best of eye-candy but the other 5%....my god do they make breeches look good!!!!!!!!!!:D:D:eek:
Jump jockeys aren't particulaly short either! 5'10'' is quite normal.

Well, this tread has been a bit of an education for me! Although proper attraction is not just skin deep - the first bit usually is - so I found some of your choices astounding, OMG a Scudamore a pinup!!! Good job he had his mouth closed.

Take my hat off to whoever asked for her choice posted - all of him not just a piccy - naughty but nice.

The last girl who I asked where she'd been all my life said that she hadn't been born for half of it! So my choices may be dated.

Now my ideal girl looks like this :- http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgu...a=X&ei=hTEzTcbRJtTNjAeCzL3CCg&ved=0CDEQ9QEwBw

But she does gardens so apart from the obvious connections to compost doesn't do horses - more's the pity so I'm reverting to a great piccy of The Princess Royal when she was having a brunette moment

Laura B is undoubtedly a shining example of middle English girlhood ( even if she is second generation German business mogul ) and I could fall in love just with her voice - blondes don't quite coupe le motard.
