Who Checks Your Horses Back???

Hi all,

2nd question of the evening!

who do you get to 'do' your horses back? I normally get a chiropracter to pop my horse back into shape but i am considering a physio....or do you really need to use both to get a good overall assessment?

i use a chiro. Only a chiro has ever been able to help my back so therefore i get a chiro for the horses too. Random reasoning but seems to work!

I use a mctimoney lady, really effective and up to now haven't needed anyone else as she sorts them out!!!!

me too cuppatea! i used to go to a chiropracter for my neck/back and it felt great - such a release!!

I use a physio, she has worked with my horse for the past 6 years and knows her inside out, she's always managed to sort any niggles she has. I had a mctimoney once and she seemed to do more harm than good??

i get a physio out to do massage every 3months or so and if there is anything they can treat it there and then

I use the physio from the yard I used to work at. He's very thorough and horse always goes better after.
