Who else has noticed the grass has grown

I have been ill for a few days and so OH was poo picking for me and checking the horses, out 24/7. I went down today and became rather worried at the sight of green grass and green poo's - Oh no I think I will have to get the muzzles out, anyone else muzzling this early or noticed the green grass has pushed up?
 
yep, went out this afternoon with my chainsaw to do some 'gardening' and the lawn has definatly grown in the last week, im dreading it growing agin, it takes a day to mow and it was only begining of dec that i could stop cutting it!! I need a break!!
 
No I hadn't but will take a look .... when it is light! I never get to see the yard in the daylight at the moment except at weekends!

Mind you, my girl did a poo on the yard yesterday and it was megga runny - I was tacking her up and I just thought it was one of those excited poos
 
Nope!! 10 or so geldings out everyday has turned there field into a mud bath, no grass in sight!! Mares field is muddy but theres alittle bit of greenery lol il have to and have a closer inspection lol
 
Definitely green shoots coming through and up. Mare had grass glands asvwell today. We have temps into double figures plus rain and sunshine all last week so i am not surprised. Apparently it's going to get cold again this week so hopefully it will stop for a bit ( I have 2 fatties so don't want any more grass yet)
 
Oh yes grass is sprouting and the kids shettie did an extremely green pooh yesterday so time to start restricting his grazing I feel sooo mean but its for his own good but yay spring hurry up please
