As the title says really...
We have a local bridleway that has had a tree down across it for about 6 months, rendering it impassable by neddies (unless they are under 10 hh or lie down and crawl). It's a real bummer as this bridleway is part of a really useful circular route.
Is the council supposed to do something? Is it someone else?
