Whose horse is it anyway? rant, sorry

Hi everyone i'm sorry i havent answered before my laptop broke and i only just go it back. thank you for all your help and advise it really means alot.

I don't know what you mean putsocinit, i havent been underhand with my yard friend at all. eventer friend retired her horse with bad arthritus and asked if she could come and see us. i told yard manager about her and she came down, we asked for his tack and she walked him down the lane with me on my cob she didn't even take him in the school then. i only knew about his cantering because another friend started working there and was asked to ride him and she told me. i'm not sneaky and i always tell the truth because i'm one of those stupid people who gos bright red when i even think of fibbing about things. i told yard friend asap when my eventer friend said she wanted to ride him and asked her about it but she didnt want to talk to me.

My eventer friend had a lesson with my instructor and she agrees she'll be fine with him and definately won't do him any harm and should help him alot so thats good. i had a talk with my yard friend and told her this and that money is tight and my parents cant keep putting so much into my horses they help me so i can do colloege part time so i need to take him off school livery and let friend ride him for nothing. i got very brave and said i feel really left out of his work and that i thought he should be doing more by now. so she said sorry she didnt know i felt that way and agreed he should be doing more but she hasn't had the riders and been really busy. i got quite teary and made a total pratt of myself but she was really nice so i thi nk its going to be ok.. i think she thought i would move them both and got worried because i have 2 liverys of 6 so she is going to cut my bill for normal not ridden livery by £70 a month until xmas for both and work with my friend so he doesnt have to cope with lots of changes all at once. they have taken each others numbers and are going to talk about what hes doing when. my eventer friend says she took him out today with my yard friend and she was really nice so i think its ok.

I did feel a bit bad but my bf and my parents say she should do something to make up for it and they know how upset i was about him so i just said thank you to her and i think were all right now. i will find out when i go down there tomoorow after work.

i know lots of you said i should move and i haven't ignored you, i just really don;t think i can cope with moving and horses love it there and i trust her to look after them right so thank you for helping me and i'm really n ot being rude and ignoreing you. i got some lovely messages from people and i really am greatful for everyones help. i hope i haven't upset anyone and i will definately come back and tell you how we get on if you like?

thank you Katy x :)

I'm glad you decided to be up front with her! I still think its appalling the amount of money this woman has been charging you for doing less than your standard teenage sharer could do, but at least things will be better in future and you are not paying her any more than necessary, and she has made some effort to reimburse you even if it doesn't really make a dent in it!

Hope your friend gets on well with him and you keep in the loop :-)
