Looking at your advert ashy, I'd say the reason you're not getting much response is because you're extremely limited in what you want - basically you're looking for a perfect horse!
I don't think I've ever come across a horse that has everything you're asking for - and while I think your budget is okay, a horse like that is one in a million I think.
Even the nicest horses I've ridden have been a little spooky, sharp and had the odd buck at times. I've only ever met a couple that almost never spook, buck, nap, rear etc and they would fail your requirements for not being snaffle mouthed and being older than 10. On top of that you want something that is well schooled and forward going, with a decent competition record.
I think basically there are horses very close to what you want out there but you need to be prepared to compromise on certain points. If you're not actually as fussy as the ad seems then I think you should reword it, as I think you'll be putting people off who have fantastic horses but won't want to reply because they might spook if a bird flies out of the hedge or take a bit of a pull if they're feeling fresh.
