You know exactly what you are looking for when you buy a new horse and come home with completely the opposite? I was looking for a new horse to move up the levels on, wanted to JRN, so I wanted a consistent PN/N horse, about 11/12yo, preferably a mare and bay or black. Under no circumtances was the horse to be grey or have white legs. We went to look at a 12yo chesnut horse on this yard and came home with a 7yo, grey gelding, who'd done nothing and was well out of our price range, after one viewing and not even sitting on the chesnut! Best thing we ever did though!
Oh, and horses are never how they're described? Why is that!
