why is this foal so small ?:O

could be a first foal and looks quite newborn in the pic. but the comment about the yearling filly broken and quiet to ride WTF????
 
I think its normal..my foal was teeny as a baby she ha to wear a dog rug to kee her warm it was very wet that yr..she is now 16.3 and a strapping big mare.
 
i would say it is just born in that pic and also sire must be smaller that dam, but leg height not too short. is soooooooooo sute
 
The foal looks like a newborn,the pony next to them is never a one year old far too developed I think a age typo error...after the price it say something like trot shetland gelding what does that mean??
