Why is your horse named it is?

My mare is called Lottery because she was born the year the lottery started - I didn't name her by the way!

It means I can never lie about her age!

Well, my horse is chestnut crazy arab mare, and I named her 'Flicka' - if anyone's read the books you'll understand her personality completely. Unfortunately she seems to have read the books too as she is incredibly accident prone and thinks nothing of jumping out of her field!

Billy is called Billy because he was apparantly born on the 13th July - All Norn Iron HHOers will know what I mean

We get those marches in Scotland as well drive me mad!! I cant get to Tesco because they are matching along with a scabby old tapestry and flute band!!

My daughter's horse is called OB short for Oh Be Jesus (said in a strong Irish accent!). Named by my husband after we bought him from a very Irish Dealer!
