I had time today to go for a short hack around the farm before going into work and then driving 100miles for a training course in Swindon starting this evening. Daisy was clearly not impressed at me leaving her for three days because she jodged about like a nutter. As we went up a muddy path in the woods she tried to aviod the path and go through the undergrowth. I got my right leg caught on a fallen tree branch and it pulled me off. To add insult to injury she didn't much fancy being led back to the yard, got bored half way back and galloped off putting her foot through the reins I only bought her on Sunday.
I had to ditch plans of going into work for a few hours because it would mean extra driving and the pain in my leg is too bad. I've bad arnica gel on it and taken some ibrupofen, any other tips? I have to be able to drive for 2hours leaving at about 3pm this afternoon.
