Hi guys,
I have a technical question
I have a Worcester Noseband and Wikie Bit. See pic below.
I have been sifting through all my stuff and found my gorgeous Sabre Bridle that I had for my mare. Its lovely
I tried it on Pony this avo and it fits (if the straps are all done up on the top hole). Its a much much better fit, especially round his ears. At the moment I am having difficulty getting his bridle over his ears without one getting squashed and bent in the process. Not nice for Pony and I don't think he is going to give me too many more chances
The only problem is that this bridle's nose band is standard which means his bit is going to be conncected differently i.e. to the reins and bridle piece rather than reins, bridle piece and the worcester noseband. I'm not sure whether it makes any difference or what problems it could cause
Just a reminder, he is a new Pony - I bought him with tack already in place and haven't changed anything yet so what you see in the pic is what he came with. He is strong and I assume they had problems with him before which is why he has all this tack.
Can anyone share some knowledge on this?
