That my horses are not the only ones still not out on summer pasture??!! YO is just not for letting then go out yet.....

My summer paddocks are still not ready. The grass is growing but it needs more body before it can withstand horses galloping around on it

We got the go ahead last night to move them at the weekend. YO was hoping for more rain and I can see her point as the grass in the summer fields hasn't grown but YO gave in to pressure from the other owners.

Our's are still in winter paature, holding on till the grass grows in more!!! Although both horse's think theres enougth in there now!!!!!

Ours are out 24/7 on winter grazing to let the summer fields recover a little more - they were looking ok and then that second bout of snow killed off a lot of the grass.

mine is still on restricted winter turn out paddocks.....the summer ones will hopefully start being used next week....but this winter really has given the grass a delayed start.

Mine are still only allowed to go out to play in the menage...With Hay/Haylage.... I have absolutley NO grass what so ever! Am hoping it'll be coming soon though, cos my menage has taken a bit of a beating this winter : (

Ours are still on winter turnout apparently they're goint out in a fortnight though, so at least its better than last year when they were in until June.

Dylan can definitely smell the summer, he drags me up to the field every morning, and I have to drag him back down at night!
