Without wanting to upset!! ? about PTS!

Haha I've found the majority informative! Albeit a tangent! Not been on for ages and I'll bet some wish I hadn't :-p but agree its a subject not spoken about "hence my not wanting to upset" but lol its a forum full of individual individuals! Also can't remember who it is who has had 2 pts this week *big hug* and stay strong x having a oldie I know at some point the decision will have to be made and if I can have as much courage as you I'll be happy
 
This has been a really interesting read. I can't remember if it was off of this thread or something similar but someone posted youtube links to horses being put to sleep by both methods and it really soothed some doubts I had, I'd never seen a horse PTS before although had been there for my dog which was horrid as she struggled to get free from the nurse holding her - I was only 14 and keep the guilty feeling that I should have held her, although I spoke to her all the way through so she knew I was there still.
For me I think it'd have to be the injection - Not many Hunt packs in London!

It was Heavyhorsehugger. :( A shetland and Clydesdale. Absolutely heartbreaking, there was another thread detailing their illness and tragic loss. :(
