Thought it wasn't competitive - considering using pellets but need a bulk buy as 30 stables to re bed down from paper. ummmm start searching again !!

I recently rang round pretty much every company on the net asking for quotes for bagged and prices ranged from £3-4 per 15kg bag with delivery.

When? I can't find them for much less than £5 a 15kg bag, even bulk. Was it a blown delivery?

Paid £232.50 last week for a ton (15kg bags = 67 bags) £3.47 a bag.

TBH Op, if I was you, with that amount of boxes to do, I'd ring round all the companies and see who will give you the better deal; 30 boxes has got to be worth a bit of discount surely.

I buy corley biowood pellets, I have just had a tonne delivered for £245, works out at 2.45 per 10kg bag, very happy with quality and price, delivery is quick, and company ring to let me know they are comming around an hour before.

OP i would definately ring around for that amount of stables, the more you buy the better the price, just wish i had enough room to store more as i would get the winters bedding in one go
