It's actually 0.186 of an acre, which is less than 1/5 of an acre. I assume you are looking at a 20m x 40m school? I would try and work in metres rather than yards, so: 800 square metres is 0.197 of an acre, so again less than 1/5 of an acre. If you can get 1/4 acre you will have plenty of room.
