I have two horses that both like to cover me in more wormer than they have in their mouth. I was thinking of trying the 'tablet' wormers but I have absolutely no idea of they will eat them. Does anyone have any experience of these and also do they do one for Tape and then a normal one?

Thanks

Thanks, will try that, but H is very clever and manages to pick anything foreign in his tea out! I put sunflower seeds in his tea once counted them and counted every single one on the floor when he had finished!! Funny that now his fav vet brings them for him, he eats them lol x

I have wormed a tricky mare this morning with vectin tablets and she just ate them without any fuss. Fantastic!
You can also get Equimax tablets which include the tapes dose but I've no idea if they go down the same way.

Rather than worm, why dont you do a worm count and see if worming is needed. I had one done recentley and Charlie came back with a low count and will not need doing until after the first frost.
