I have a 11'2 pony that I bought as a part companion for my mare and a lead rein for my daughters..well daughters are really not interested so thought I'd sell him and buy a youngster for me and company for my yearling..anyhow what do I advertise pony as?? he is lovely and last time ridden about 6 weeks ago he was fine but I have no small rider to ride him off the lead and tbh I don't know how he would be off the lead!! and also how do you price a small pony I have no idea what he is worth?? oh and where to advertise cheap and cheerful??

Its not the best time really to sell, theres a surfeit of ponies so if he can be shown to be ridden all the better, as a companion you'd really struggle. Is there anyone you can get to ride him even a small lightweight teen or adult?

No idea on price, places to sell, theres a fair few websites, or as hes not been ridden for a bit I guess he could be classed as a project and listed on project horses, however you would probably have trouble with his size again.

Where about are you?

I think given the low value of your pony I'd keep it rather than 'give' it away and get something that might not get on with or get bullied by one of your other horses..

Aoibhin is right, there's 100's of really good ponies about for next to no money that nobody is buying..
