I would be furious! I see my stable as my space and I would be annoyed at the fat of someone else trapsing in and and out of it espically with my pride and joy stabled whilst they were there.

I would personally speak to the YO and stress your unhappyness with it and if nothing is done id hand my notice in there and then and move. Its not fair!

I wouldn't be happy at all with that. My tackroom is at the back of my stable but every stable on my yard has it's own at the back.
If the YO won't sort anything I would be looking at other yards.
Hope you get it sorted.

Glad the YO is sorting out an alternative. The situation you described left me gobsmacked. Those people are so rude. Hope they learn some manners quick or move on.
