Iv been offered a welsh gelding section a 10 yr old for free as the owners just want shoot. He's very pretty was a fab lead rein pony but only been companion for the last 3 yrs and has done well in showing in the past and quilified for nps winter championships. Now iv been up front and said he will be brought back in work by the son and sold on which they are happy with as he's just stood in field having nothing done. Now I know the market is bad so am I being silly or with the time and work put into him will he sell as a lead rein? Is the Market good for lead reins at the mo? Don't really want to be stuck with him but know that's a risk I take but as long as he sold before nxt winter it would be fine. Would you take him and try getting him a nice home or is it best left?
