Would you move yards for a year?

Bit of a long story, but I rent at a small private yard. It has the potential to be really lovely, but it went to rack and ruin a bit with the last tenants. The owner is quite elderly and doesn't know anything about horses, she just happened to have bought a property with stables and 6acres.
Since I moved in, we have been gradually doing repairs and the landlady has paid for the materials. There once was a little school, but it's only good as a winter turnout now as the previous tenants topped up with wood chip instead of proper surface and it just turned to compost ?‍♀️.
Anyway, there are 2 other liveries and one is leaving next weekend so the landlady has asked me to find someone to replace them, BUT the landlady will be selling up next year!
So, as above really. Would you move your horse knowing you'd only be there a year?

It might suit someone.
I probably wouldn't, I've ended up leaving yards after a year if it's not really worked very well, but that's not what you're looking for ?
You might find someone who will be selling their horse, or going to uni etc?

Yes. I did loads of temporary horse moves when I was at uni. The university had its own barn, but it chucked all the boarders out for the summer, so the horses had to find new barns for three or so months, and then go back to uni.
