Wow actually impressed with Derby House

That's good to hear. Fair play to them. Unfortunately, I had to query a non delivery on their FB page before I got anywhere, but they did sort it out quickly after that. And they didn't delete my message which is always a good sign !

Lets hope they get organised and become more reliable because I'd be happy to shop there if I knew they'd deliver on time.
 
Interesting, but I'm sure I read that they'd gone into administration a few months ago? Sounds like that may have been a malicious rumour then. I last ordered from them about eight months ago, I guess when all the extreme sales started and my order was delivered promptly.
 
I have never had a problem with them either but haven't ordered for around 6 months due to all the bad stories on here. But I have just ordered a rug and some breeches, and ill report back!
 
It's got a small piece in equi ads that according to beta newsletter derby house have now gone into administration. And subsequently sold to a company called Newtyle Trading Co Ltd.
it says joint administrators were appointed on 6th dec and all orders previously placed will be honoured. It also says Newtyle, trading as derby house continue to email past customers with email offers.
 
I received my goods after only 2 days. Looks like they are back to how they used to be. Here's hoping they keep it up as there are some excellent bargains to be had.
 
Yep repeatedly, its just the end of an order but so far each item as come out separately. So I guess when they pay that particular supplier I will get the last part!
