Hi,
I am not sure if I have put this in the right part of the forum as I couldn't find an obvious saddlery area.
I have had my Wow saddle for 10 months and overall when it is all fitted I absolutely love it. The problem is the panels lose air and go flat. I am on to my second set of panels and it is still happening. We fit the saddle and they are flat in 2 weeks. We use the silicone and plugs as supplied. What am I doing wrong? I am losing faith in my saddle which is a pain as my horse is very hard to fit as he has a high, long wither, narrow rib cage and short back.
I plan to contact Wow in the morning but was wondering if anyone else has any ideas? I store the saddle on a usual freestanding saddle rack.
Thanks
