Fingers crossed he continues to improve. Slow and steady wins the race, and as long as he is comfy and happy (which he certainly looks), let time heal him.
Its been awful! I felt like I was cracking up at one point. I honestly didnt think he was going to make it and felt horribly cruel for allowing it to go on while he was suffering. I'm feeling much more confident now and much less bitter about all the enormously fat, underworked, overfed horses I see daily that dont get laminitis. Seeing him so radiantly happy makes it all much easier. He loves box rest and would stay in forever more so long as the food kept coming :lol:
