Pictures Yay! Another rug thread! Best rug you ever bought and the worst

Best rug - a no fill mark todd turnout for my rug wrecker. Bought second hand off a friend for a fiver. A few patches on it, but it never moves and he hasn't so much as got it muddy and this is our 4th winter with it ( I've probably jinxed it now, but I think its paid for its self)

Worst - Rhinegold no fill turnout. Bought band new for the same rug wrecker, went a size up as it looked a bit on the same size when in the tack shop. I had to let everything out to the last hole/as long as possible and he still looked like the poor kid on the last day of term. I think rhinegold's are designed for fine little show ponies not a big hairy fat welsh cob. I've tried passing it on and I still can't sell/gift it. No one wants it.

my favorite rug of all time has to be my Equidor super heavy weight!! it has been a complete life saver for me and my mare who has to live out massively feels the cold!! it covers every inch of her and i have never had to have it reproofed!! (and very cheap for what it is!)

work rug I had was actually a Saxon heavy weight it was the only rug i had reproofed this year and et it is the only one that doesn't stand up to the rain!
