Except for the fact they are in kit form and will take a lot of effort to asemble...
Both sons are home over Christmas so I won't tell them until they arrive we need a day's work out of them.
I'm really impressed with the construction and service from IAE, delivered when they promised and so well made.
We've had to concrete a large space for the tackroom, and that won't get built until the stables are finished, but it will be such a bonus having everything under one roof, no more getting wet mucking out (not that I do it apart from when CCJ's away) no more leaves blowing all over th stableyard etc, and enough room to wash/clip plait under cover. We plan to install a heat lamp or two for drying off so they can be used in cold weather for tacking up etc too.
The building was formerly a small indoor school, and enough room for 32 boxes, it was rarely used once we built the arena so ideal as an American barn.
Now there is just the small matter of CCJ hand painting around 80 feet of seven feet high back wall with wood preservative and we can start.. (yes C nothing gets started until you do the wall!!!
