Hey Guys
Just wondering if anyone round Yorkshire would be interested in doing a Hho ride?
Me and Roo have had a tough year, and would really like something to look forward to. Maybe in August, as I need to get Roo fit first.
Was thinking maybe Escrick park? But other suggestions would be good too. Has to be somewhere for hacking as Roo cant do anything else for a while. (Thought of Escrick as then those that want to can jump, and those that cant/dont want to, can go round)
I know a few of us would like to meet up and have some fun. :)

I've never been to Escrick Park but it's not far away from me so all good.

I'm on holiday the 6th - 13th August, but free most of August, weekends, mainly Sunday best for me.
 
I'm in South Yorkshire but I'm horseless and am usually working whenever anyone else is off! (Riding Instructor) But if anyone is this way and wants to be social let me know!!
 
I'm in Leeds.

Don't have my own transport but would lorry share with someone if anyone else is close to me? My friend would come too - she's not on HHO but that doesnt matter! We hire a driven lorry at about £50 a horse from Bradford to York. Fairly reasonable I guess?

Escrick is FAB!! I've been before - with a different horse though. The water jump was a masive let-down though. It was a dried up muddy puddle really but apart from that, it was GREAT!!
 
Ok so a Sunday in August. Not the 28th (Im at Leeds Fest) and not between the 6th and 13th.
Ive never been either CiaB but Ive heard its good :)

Count me in, providing someone can pick me up (I don't have transport) or if someone has a spare nag they want a test dummy for :D and they don't mind putting a spare oss on their wagon.

In that case I'll bring the mare, lado in with a strange mare when he's not travelled for a long time could...no, WOULD be a bad idea.

the thought of it is even turning the milk in my cup of tea a strange colour!
 
If it ends up being anytime before 3rd Aug or anytime after 19th Aug I'm up for it too - I love escrick. I might even have a new horse by then but fat cob if not.
 
I was thinking of going at somepoint this year - thought my horse would like doing something a bit different as he likes parties!
 
me! I'd be up for a meet up! Escrick is a fair distance for us, but not impossible.

Also, if anyone would be interested... OH and I are organising a pleasure ride for the hunt which should be in august (towards end) but will be up the northern end of the north york moors. will be 12 ish miles on good tracks!

hello (waves) im in south yorkshire have a friends horse on loan for the summer (17hh tho) but no transport
:(
 
I'm up for it if my horse is ever sound. Could borrow my sisters pony if not, but that certainly wouldn't be a 'fun' ride for me - although would be pretty funny for everyone else I think! :D
