Your horses stable/nicknames

I have a few strange and idiotic names I call my mare, at the moment she is either Holls, Sausage or Hairy Mary - is it just me thats a bit batty or does anybody else call their horses strange names.
 
proper name Emily
nicknames Babe, Hun, Munchkin, Chunky Monkey, My lovely lovely horse (Father Ted lol)
if she's being naughty Emma-Ly not sure why? :rolleyes:
 
My old mare Megan is called Megan the moose, Celt is called Scaredy Celt as he is just such a massive wuss! Rosebud is called Buddy Mare, Maya is called 'That Wicked B****r' and Gwen is called Gwenny Toes because she has the tinniest little feet I have ever seen

Mckinnus normally or pezziekins these are normally first thing in the morning when I'm walking along the yard calling to him before the first cuddle of the day, yes I'm very soppy with him
 
Charlie is - Charles, Charlie farly, Charlie brown, charles worthy, ****** lugs, big fella etc.

Millie is - Mils, millie moo, millie molly mandy, cow bag, fatty, madam.

Missi is - Miss, Missi moo, moo bags, moo, madam (I feel there is a theme going on there with the mares :cool: )
 
Murphy I refer to as Scurphy Murphy as he needs a good bath as so scurphy & Chuckie I always call my little Chuckle bugs or tubby lol

I won't say what I call my mums cob at times :p
 
Normally "pony", but if she's being evil she gets "don't be a cow, be a horse", which makes small children laugh instead of being scared.

However there have been occasions when I have been obliged to explain to her the relationship between pedigree horse and pedigree chum :(
 
Too many to list them all, but the main ones are

Bill AKA Mr Bump, ( he is the local equine vets poster boy!) Bumpkins, Orange Giraffe

Bertie AKA Squirt, munchkin, fluffball

Panjo AKA BanjoPear, Mr PerfectBoy

All are interchangably known as sweetpea, gorgeous, babyboy.......

And don't get me started on the dog's nicknames!!
 
Alfie - Alfred, Alfiemoo, moomoo, Mush, Bigears

Ollie - Dribblechops, Hoobie (a variation on the newbie now we've had him a while), Hoobs

Bonnie (*****land) - kids call her Bonniebooboo, or just Booboo, I call her twinkletoes, the furball, fluffernutter
 
Sambuca ends up as sammy , samual whiskers , samby , bambi

Riley ends up with smilely as he is such a nice person and I haven't had him as long so only the one pet name

kiri usually got Kiri pants , don't know why but she was a bit of a madam
 
The pony is simply addressed as & answers actively to the name "Little S**t"

The big beast is known as many things:-
Stupid Thoroughbred
That Thing
"Woman"
Scatterbrain

Love them both to bits though ;)
