I have a couple of hoofpicks hanging on hooks aroundFirst aid kits and tools are a must!
Secondly - make sure you’ve got a couple of spares of things. Leadropes/headcollars etc - just in case one breaks or gets lost! (For me it’s hoofpicks. No idea where they end up but they disappear so I like to have an obscene amount of them hanging around )
First aid kit for horse and human. I sadly don’t follow my own advice and had to take my dad to the hospital with bright pink vetwrap on his hand
Two wheelbarrows - one for mucking out, one kept clean for transporting hay or rugs to stable and field.
And scissorsHas anyone mentioned a sharp knife easily accessible for cutting baling twine in a daily basis and emergency release for a tied up horse that's got into difficulty?
