Has anyone had experience of these guys recently? I ordered some stuff on 8 December and it still hasn't come. I gave them time to allow for snow, Christmas, out of office etc etc, and have emailed them 3 times. They are not contactable by 'phone and I'm just slightly worried about the £150 I spent with them! :eek:

Sorry cant help as I've never heard of them before, does the phone just ring or is it they dont have a phone number...
Have you had any contact from them since your order?

It maybe worth contacting solicitor then I guess....

Contact trading standards. I was once ripped off on a non horsey website, no communication, so contacted TS and they got back to me quickly asking for a link which I sent them. They can close sites down and have other ways of getting in contact with a business and by gum did I get a reaction and my money back from the owner of the web site. It was closed down p.d.q afterwards. Hope this helps!

What company only operates via email?...how strange..

I am sure your bank can cancel the order made on card...I am sure there is something about insurance isn't there?...

I do hope you manage to sort this out....
 
There was someone in a similar predicament who asked a question on Radio 4's Money Box Live today. I don't remember the details but the answer was something like if you've paid by Visa your bank can request that the company pays your money back, even if they don't exist as a kosher company they have to have Visa merchant status to collect your money.

You can listen again to the programme on bbc.co.uk/radio4 and look for Money Box Live.
 
I've looked them up on Companies House - the company was incorporated in 2010 and hasn't filed accounts yet so there's not much info available (without paying for it).

It does list the registered address which I've looked up on google maps and this is a residential address near Great Yarmouth.

I guess if you got really desperate you could try and find a phone number connected with that address - you might even get a name of a director if you were prepared to download the relevant docs from Companies House . . . .

Fingers crossed it all works out for you and they're just being slow in sending stuff / replying to emails.
 
Thanks for all the suggestions. I have actually ordered successfully from them before (just bits and bobs) - I wondered if anyone had had trouble recently. They don't have a 'phone number and state they are an online company only. I sent one last email today and if I don't get a reply, I will stop the credit card payment, I think. Pity - I wanted the raceway body protector - very cheap on there (maybe there's a lesson!?)
