What a touching response to the cancellation of Rio’s monthly order due to his death.
We got a lovely message, some material pet bereavement and a very kind refund on a the very recent purchase.
What a brilliant company. Just wanted to share because we hear a lot about the companies with poor service but I thought this company was exceptional.
