What a touching response to the cancellation of Rio’s monthly order due to his death.

We got a lovely message, some material pet bereavement and a very kind refund on a the very recent purchase.

What a brilliant company. Just wanted to share because we hear a lot about the companies with poor service but I thought this company was exceptional.

They did the same when we lost Jack. And some Forgetmenot seeds to plant.

I also received some forget me knot seeds two years ago - but not very impressed to have received recent emails suggesting l need to order some more Yumove for the named dog who would be 20 years old if still alive. However the products are excellent and have good results.

That’s very good marketing by them. I won’t order directly from them anymore, after an incident with their website led me to order 5 months worth of the most expensive tablets. I emailed straight away to cancel only be told it wasn’t possible, but I could refuse delivery. When they arrived over a week later I was out so couldn’t refuse, so ended up keeping them. I just order from Amazon now as I like the product.
