I took all of my horses shoes off years ago, and booted all 4 feet and carried on doing my 2 hour dayley hacking , buy boots and carry on as normal. As you horse will probably need them .

we did out first cut yesterday for haylage , we are saving the second cut that we did in the hot spell just in case we can make more hay , it’s been awfull .

we made 750 conventional bales in early June, but we only cut half of our fields as the other half wasn’t ready , it’s now slowly getting past it, and our hay customers are using this years hay as we have run out of last years hay.

my towing vehicle is a jeep grand Cherokee 5.7 petrol V8 it runs on LPG which isn’t overly to bad on the mileage front , but what a terrific towing car, it can pull any weight and you don’t even know you are towing anything.
