Have heard vets reccomend sticking the dog in bathroom while you have a hot shower as an easy way of steaming them.

I would add to your advert, what you want to get up to with your potential steed and how flexible you are about this and maybe approximately how much you weigh, esp if you wouldn't mind hopping on a pony. Might be some opportunities with kids having exams coming up.
