Currently wearing a Hy cob one he trashed the first one and ordered him a shires a few days ago . Already tried the duck tape trick and now it’s the straps and the rim . He has a cob sized one .

Bought my Connie one and it’s the only thing that’s working in keeping the weight off he wears it for approx 12 hours. Problem is it’s rubbing any ideas on how I can stop this ? Not really in a position to take the muzzle off . He does not pen at all and really needs to go out each night...

I have ran him out this morning and there has been a dramatic improvement I can’t believe it so planning on a few more days rest and try again . He was about half a tenth lame . So will give him a few more days and reassess. Before I call the vet and strangely enough one of his tiny splints...
