Ah ok. Il take a look in daylight tomorrow. Will this determine what I can/cannot tow with it?

    Towing with a 3.5t

I don't think I even have the handbook for it. Where would I find the weight plate. There is a plate in the door that says the unladen weight and payload?

    Towing with a 3.5t

I have a reversing camera from my old horse trailer that I used for inside to watch the boys, so may well rig that back up so can I keep and eye on it. I haven't had a need for it in the horsebox as I have a viewing window.

    Towing with a 3.5t

I haven't logged in to this forum for many years! But I'm sure someone will be able to answer. Does anyone tow with their 3.5t horsebox? I have a Renault master. But stay away quite a lot (I camp). I had thought of getting a tow bar put on, and towing a small trailer to carry all our over...

Horsebox builders/ gurus. van built changed to coach built

I would love to see if you do get a chance to take pictures. I'm getting more and more ideas in my head. I'm going to get some funny looks when I take it to the horsebox people and try to explain 😂😂

Horsebox builders/ gurus. van built changed to coach built

That is what I'm thinking of having done in mine, having a small unit built in with a small gas cooker in the top and possibly a small fridge in the bottom, it's just hard to invisage how it will all fit in. Perhaps I need to get my measuring tape out. My friend has a coach built but most of...

Horsebox builders/ gurus. van built changed to coach built

I have a Renault master van conversion 3.5t, that I have had for quite a few years now. I love it to bits! however, I am now trying to make some improvements to make life easier for me when staying away, and it's like trying to build into loft eves due to the shape! How easy/ complicated...

A question for those who compete and stay away

Oh and I recommend going down to the polo club house for dinner to! Not to expensive and very nice food! Less than £20 for two of us. We only did it for one night, the night we arrived, as after a 4 hour drive and setting up camp and horse I didn't fancy cooking!! Not sure what the take away is...

I literally have the coolest tent in the world! It's a 4 man tent, two bedrooms and a middle sitting area, and the best bit, its completely pop up!!! Takes 5 minutes to put up!! I love it! No poles or anything! And I have a double air bed! The small things, ha!

A question for those who compete and stay away

For a stay away show I only ever carry enough water for the journey just incase there is an unplanned traffic jam and double the journey time! When we arrive water is accessed from the show ground so no need to carry large quantities :-) I have no where to put Dozens of water containers anyway...

A question for those who compete and stay away

I don't dry my hair anyway so I just washed it, or attempted to, my hair is so thick the water pressure in other showers take for ever to rinse my hair lol! It was very hot when I went so I just left it down to dry. Yes you can take a small genie but they have to be off by 11pm :-)

A question for those who compete and stay away

You will love it. I camped at hickstead and in the sea of lorries I couldn't see many other camping but it was great. We were parked right on the edge though which meant we had all the lorries coming in and leaving going past us all day and night which was a pain but we soon got used to it. The...

A question for those of you who compete and stay away.

Thank you all for your feedback. I have seen the solar bag showers but they do not provide instant hot water. The principle we are looking at is the same for those who camp. I will be trialing it this year to see how it goes. It will be a gas powered shower for instant hot water and a shower...
