Re not hosing, I do understand about natural grease and we haven't hosed until now, but they are coming in with a VERY thick layer of mud on the legs. So thick it just stays on the leg (on the rugs it takes days to dry out)...

Pony coming in from new field needs her legs hosing but dislikes it immensely (has to go through thick mud on way out and back, no choice as no other route).

This is how I would split it: 3 paddocks, sharing. This always gives one paddock a long resting time.
You will need to follow Natures guide, it's not just poaching you have to think of, consider also the time of year, the land itself, the flush of grass, individual requirements...

They asked some details, then messaged me back with info to say they didn't have anything to suit my horse but here is the next best thing we sell.

I remember passing a couple of riders who appeared to be in a foul mood, the rider on the outside turning and waving her arms about shouting. I could see clearly, there was nothing 'going on' anywhere - and I ALWAYS pass wide and slow.
It was a quiet road, and only my vehicle on it at the time...

Have just turned the TV on. So funny, noooo no nooooo said the horse, and these two blokes in dinner suits and bow ties (who are in the arena) just couldn't get out of the way quick enough. We had to laugh, looked like they were nowhere near the horse...
